Due to preparation for new accounts, after March 29 (Fri.), you cannot use all services privieded by ICT office including e-mail without your new user ID. (Your e-mail address is active, you cannot just login.)
You will be handed them as you receive new student ID card in April.
If you need to check your Sophia Mail during the period above, please set transfer settings to your other e-mail address in advance. (You can not send e-mails from Sophia Mail address though.)

ICT Office will suspend our network services as follows because of our system renewal including communication lines.
The schedule may be changed by the progress. We will inform you via our website (ICT Office HP) and Sophia bulletin board when the schedule is changed.
The whole of our campus network service will be suspended. All of our services with data communication including Internet connection on campus, Sophia-Wifi, Database Search, Sophia Integrated Database System (including Changing Passwords), Moodle, VPN, OCW, and login function of OPAC system of our library will be suspended.
Sending and receiving e-mails on the spot via IBM Notes software, and remote access function are not available. Received e-mails via IBM Notes software will be sent later.
*Sophia-mail, the official website of Sophia University and Loyola via off-campus network access are available as usual.
