１．Schedule
Thursday, December 25, 2025, 9:00 AM – Friday, December 26, 2025, 11:00 PM
※Please note that the actual work time may vary.

２．Affected Areas
（１）On-campus network services at Yotsuya Campus
　　・Wired LAN (academic and administrative networks)
　　・Wireless LAN (sophiawifi2019, eduroam, administrative network)
　　※No network downtime will occur outside the Yotsuya Campus

（２）Major administrative systems that will be unavailable (all campuses)
　　・COMPANY（attendance management, faculty evaluations）
　　・HR time-stamping server
　　・Tuition payment system
　　・Adobe PC
　　・Multifunction printers on Yotsuya Campus

（３）Administrative Network Systems (mobile PCs and E/S/T drives)
　　Off-campus access to administrative mobile PCs and E/S/T drives will remain available.
　　All systems except those listed under “Major administrative systems that will be unavailable” will remain accessible.

３． Services That Will Remain Available
　・Integrated Authentication System (Single Sign-On)
　・Microsoft365（Sophia Mail, Teams, etc.）
　・My Sophia, Moodle, Loyola, Integrated Database, etc.
