Replacement and expansion of network switches and wireless LAN access points.
【Work Period】:
Scheduled from Friday, May 16, 2025, to Sunday, July 13, 2025.
Note: No work will be conducted in rooms already reserved through the “Classroom and Conference Room Reservation System” during the reservation dates.
【Scheduled Wired LAN Network Outage Dates】:

| 3rd to 6th floors | June 14 (Saturday) |
【Scheduled Wireless LAN Network Outage Dates】:
Sequential replacement starting on June 14 (Saturday). A detailed schedule is being adjusted and will be updated once finalized.
【Other Information】:
- The scheduled wired and wireless network outage dates are tentative and subject to change. Any changes will be updated in this notice.
- During the work period, workers will enter and exit hallways and storage areas.
- Some offices and conference rooms have access points installed on the ceiling. Workers may enter these rooms on weekends and holidays for replacement and installation.
- For floors 4 to 6, work will primarily be conducted in the hallways, including weekdays.
- Please excuse any noise while removing or installing access points.
