Currently, the system can be used as usual.

When Sophia Mail is used on the web, some emails and shared mailboxes cannot be opened.
If this problem occurs, please use Outlook desktop client to solve the problem.
This is a problem with the Microsoft mail server, and we are currently investigating to resolve the issue.
We will inform you as soon as the problem is resolved.
