We are pleased to announce that an updated version of the app, which resolves this bug, has been released.
If you are unable to connect to the VPN via the app, please update “F5 Access” from the Google Play Store or other app stores.
As of December 9, 2025, the campus VPN service has been integrated with the authentication system. However, due to an app-related issue, VPN may not be available on some Android devices.
We are investigating possible solutions and will provide further information in due course.
