[Resolved]Moodle login screen does not appear due to an error

The Moodle login problem has been resolved.

When accessing Moodle, the login screen may not appear with the following error.

Fatal error: $CFG->dataroot is not configured properly, directory does not exist or is not accessible!

In this case, please clear your browser’s cache, including cookies, and try accessing Moodle again.
