ICT OfficeDue to the aging of PC equipment used for Academic and Research purposes, the ICT Office plans to replace the equipment in the computer rooms at the Yotsuya and Mejiro campuses by the end of the 2024 academic year.
As part of this, considering the usage and other factors, some COM rooms will be discontinued from the 2025 academic year onwards.
Additionally, other COM rooms will undergo OS upgrades and changes in the number of installed units. The details are as follows:

Note: COM-X (Machine Hall) and COM-Z (Bldg#3) are scheduled to be upgraded to Windows 11 in the summer of the 2025 academic year.
During the spring break period at the end of the 2024 academic year (February to March 2025), the replacement of equipment and related construction work will limit the availability of COM rooms.
The schedule for classroom availability during this period will be posted separately, so please refer to it as well.
3. PC Lending
Due to the closure of some COM rooms, we will be lending out note PCs for emergency use in classes, such as when personal PCs malfunction. An automatic lending system will be installed on the 3rd floor of Building 2 and in the library. Details on how to use the system will be posted separately, so please check them as well.
