■Affected Areas
① All networks within Yotsuya Campus
　・Academic and Research Network (wired, sophiawifi2019, eduroam)
　・Administrative Network System (wired, wireless)
　Note: Other campuses will not be affected.

② Systems that will be unavailable due to the above
・HR and attendance management system (COMPANY）
・Tuition payment system
・PCs connected to the Yotsuya Campus network
・PCs in computer classrooms

③ Systems that will remain available
・Administrative Network System used outside Yotsuya Campus（e.g. at home）
・Integrated Authentication System（Single Sign-On）
・Integrated Database
・VPN
・Microsoft365（Sophiamail, Teams, etc.）
・My Sophia, Moodle, Loyola, etc.

※Administrative PCs have been replaced with laptops as of this summer so that they can be used without issue outside Yotsuya Campus, except for suspended systems.
