[For Students] Starting Monday, March 10, student portal system “My Sophia” will begin operation.

Starting Monday, March 10, 2025, the student portal system “My Sophia” will begin operation.

My Sophia is a smartphone app and website that will deliver university announcements, class schedules, and information on class cancellations, makeup classes, and room changes to students instead of Loyola.

From March 10 onward, the following functions previously available on Loyola will be moved to My Sophia:

  • Bulletin Boards (Individual notice, class bulletin board, Department/Faculty bulletin board, University bulletin boards, etc.)
  • Class Schedules
  • Class Cancellations / Makeup Classes / Room Change Information
  • Surveys (excluding class surveys)
  • Application
