ICT Office has started to accept additional applications for the use of PC rooms for AY 2025 as follows.
[2-306/308/310, PC rooms in the Library]
- From AY2025, 2-306/308/310 rooms will be converted to general classrooms without PCs and will be assigned by the Center for Academic Affairs (Gakuji Center).
The rooms will not be able to be used as PC rooms. - COM-L1 and COM-L2 in the Library will also be discontinued.
[PCs in COM Rooms]
- PCs in COM-A/B/C/D will be upgraded to Windows11 + Office2024 from the spring semester in AY2025.
- PCs in COM-X/Z will be upgraded to Windows11 + Office2024 from the autumn semester in AY2025.
Creo 4.0 will no longer be provided. Please use Creo 7.0.
[CALL system, Simultaneous interpretation Room]
- From AY2024, the Simultaneous Interpretation Room (SI Room) is assigned by the Center for Academic Affairs. If you would like to use the SI Room, please contact the Center for Academic Affairs.
- For classes using CALL system (CaLabo MX), please use the general classrooms.
Applications for classes using the CaLabo MX will be accepted separately.

ICT Office will not assign PC rooms for the following classes:
- COM rooms are not used during class time (only face-to-face or on-demand), but students need PCs for self-study or assignment preparation.
- For use of Internet, Office (Word/Excel), Moodle, and CaLabo MX only.
Please hold classes in a general classroom using the student’s own PC.
