When your status and department has not changed since AY2021, you don’t need to contact us.
- Researchers excluding PD, Visiting Researcher and RA in AY2021, who have moved to another department as researcher the status above from AY2022.
–> Please contact the ICT Office by email.
- Those who were Teacher, PD, Visiting Researcher or RA in AY2021, and have changed to the status above..
–> Please submit the “Application for Sophia ICT Account [for teachers/researchers] ” to the ICT Office by email.

The ICT Office will confirm your status in AY2022 at the dept/lab office.
If we cannot confirm your status, you will not be able to use your Sophia ICT account after Thursday, May 12, 2022, unless you have another status such as teacher.
