Q
Cannot login to PC in PC rooms, Moodle, Sophia Mail or Sophia Wifi. "Login Failed. User ID or Password Incorrect" is shown.

Make sure if your password is correct.

  • Check CapsLock on the keyboard.
  • Make sure if the password you entered is for Active!Mail. It is not the same password with Loyola's.

Still problem, go to Forgot Password in User Guide.
