From 14:00 on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, two-factor authentication will be required to log in to the Integrated DB.
After entering your Sophia ICT account ID and password, a one-time password will be sent to your registered reminder email address (reminder), and you can log in by entering that password.
Two-factor authentication will be required when logging into the Integrated DB to change passwords, email addresses, register/change reminders, or the email sender name.
There will be no changes when logging into the Integrated Authentication System (Sophiamail, Loyola, My Sophia, Moodle, etc.)
- For those who have not registered a reminder in the Integrated DB, it is recommended to do so before February 26.
If a reminder is not registered, you will need to enter your date of birth and register a reminder when logging in.
After registering a reminder, you can change your password and email address.
- Please note that the one-time password has an expiration time and a limit on the number of times it can be entered.
【Steps for Two-Factor Authentication】
- Enter your Sophia ICT account ID and password to log in
- Enter the one-time password sent to the email address registered with the reminder
Further details will be announced as soon as they are decided.
【What is a Reminder Email Address】
By registering a personal email address (not your Sophia email address) in the Integrated DB, you can manage tasks such as password resets yourselves.
After implementing two-factor authentication, this email address will also be used as the destination for one-time passwords.
