The printing error on the multi-function printers have been resolved through a provisional solution.
However, please be aware of the following when using the system as it is still in the state of provisional recovery.
- If there is a large amount of usage, there may be a delay in display and operation.
- After logging in to dokodemo-print, the following message will appear, but it is still available, so press “Close” to continue the operation.
“Unable to communicate with one or more servers. Some jobs may not be displayed.

Due to a malfunction of the print server for multi-function printers (dokodemo print), a printing error has occurred.
We are currently investigating the cause of the problem and restoring the system and will notify you as soon as the system is restored.

- There is a case that an error occurs when printing with “dokodemo-print”, “dokodemo-bw”, or “dokodemo-color”, but WEB Print is available.
