Request for password reminder setting for Sophia ICT account

In case you forget a password for Sophia ICT account, be sure to set up a password reminder.

In order to protect personal information, passwords are usually reissued only at ICT Office. We will not accept any requests for reissues via telephone or personal mail address for which we can not strictly verify your identity.

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) may make it difficult to come to ICT Office or close the office, but if you set up a password reminder, you can reissue your password yourself.
