When you registered the Password Reminder, you can reissue your password by yourself.

• In case you forget your password, an email will be sent to the email you registered in the password reminder to change your password.
• Please make sure not to reject e-mails sent from “sophia.ac.jp” address beforehand.
• If you reissue password by this process, the password for Sophia ICT account (Sophia Mail, Moodle etc.) will be changed.

1. Access to the Sophia Integrated Database System and click [Forgot your password?].
   
2. Enter your [User ID] and [Birthday] then click [send].
   
3. Click [back].
   
4. If the process is accepted correctly, you will receive the reminder mail to your registered mail address. Click URL in the text.
   * Please note that the URL has an expiration date.
5. Enter [User ID] and click [confirm].
   
6. Enter [Answer] and click [confirm].
   *Please enter the exact words you registered for the answer (including half/full-width characters and upper/lower case).
   
7. Enter [New Password] [Confirm New Password], then click [save].
   *You cannot use copy & paste in【Confirm New password】. Please use the keyboard.
8. If error messages appear, please enter the correct values.
9. If your password has been changed successfully, the screen below will appear.
   *Please wait about 10 minutes for the new password to be reflected in your Sophia Mail.
