From FY2025, My Sophia, the student portal system, will begin operation.
My Sophia is a smartphone app and website that distributes information from the university, including schedules, class cancellations, make-up classes, and classroom changes.
Loyola Bulletin Board, including the Class Bulletin Board, will be migrated to My Sophia.

Please post announcements about classes in FY2025 on the Class Bulletin Board in My Sophia, not in Loyola. Please note that students will not be able to view the class bulletin boards on Loyola, nor will they be reflected on the My Sophia bulletin board.
Please check with the Center for Academic Affairs for information on whether to post on Loyola or My Sophia.

How to use Loyola and My Sophia after starting My Sophia(For Faculty)
The following functions used by faculty on Loyola will be migrated to My Sophia after March 10.

Students can use My Sophia to check the Class Bulletin Board and other notices about daily classes, such as canceled classes, make-up classes, and classroom changes.
On the other hand, students will continue to use Loyola to register for classes, check their grades, and view exam information.
