You can change your Sophia Mail address.
*Students in Junior College are not allowed to change their e-mail address.
- It takes up to 24 hours for the new email address to be reflected on Microsoft 365 (Sophia Mail).
- Please note that once you change your e-mail address, it cannot be changed again for one year.
- If you are part of a mailing list, you must inform the mailing list administrator of your email address change; otherwise, you may stop receiving messages.
Please carefully check whether you are receiving any group emails, such as those sent by your faculty or department. - There are rules for setting email addresses. Please read the cautions if error messages are displayed.
Change Procedure
- Log in to the Sophia Integrated Database System.
- Select [Change Email Address] from the menu.
If the menu is not displayed, click the three-line icon in the upper-left of the screen.
- Scroll down the screen, enter your new mail address to [Email Address] and [Confirm Email Address] then click [confirm].
*You cannot use copy & paste in [E-mail address(confirm)].
- Click [Save].
- Your mail address has been changed.
- A few moments after the process is complete, a notification email will be sent to your email address.
*If [Redirect from Old Email Address(14 days)] is set to [Yes], emails sent to the previous email address will be forwarded to the new email address within the period.
