How to Check Your Email Address (1)
If you can log in to Sophia Mail, you can verify your email address by sending a test message to your personal email.
When sending the message, please make sure to enter both a subject and body text. If left blank, the message may be treated as spam and not delivered.
How to Check Your Email Address (2)
- Log in to the Sophia Integrated Database System.
- Select [Change Email Address] from the menu.
If the menu is not displayed, click the three-line icon in the upper-left of the screen.
- Your current email address is displayed.
When the email address is unavailable
If [Current Email Address] is blank, your Sophia Mail address is unavailable.
