Sophia ICT Account for part-time lecturers
To use the various services provided by the ICT Office, you will need an ID and password issued by the ICT Office.
This is referred to as a “Sophia ICT Account”.
*Those who teach classes at the COM Classroom or use Moodle will need this account.
No application is needed to make a part-time lecturer’s Sophia ICT account.
– Those who have NEVER been issued a Sophia ICT Account in the past:
–> The HR office will send you the account notice.
– Those who have previously been issued a Sophia ICT Account:
–> The ICT Office will activate your account during the academic year you have classes.
Your password and email address are the same as before. If you lose your password, the ICT Office will reissue a password. Please refer to the page below: Reissue Password

Teaches only during the spring semester | Account is active for a full year (Only when approved by the HR Office) |
Teaches only during the autumn semester | Account is active for a full year if approved by the HR Office as of March Account is active during the autumn semester if approved by the HR Office as of September |
Teaches classes throughout the year | Account is active for a full year (Only when approved by the HR Office) |
Teaches classes every other year | Account is active for the year you have classes (Only when approved by the HR Office) |
