When forgot password

The passwords for Moodle, Sophia Mail, Sophia-Wifi, Loyola (after Sept. 7, 2024), etc. are common (Sophia ICT account password).
Even if you have forgotten your password, if you were able to log in to Moodle or Sophia Mail before, your password may be saved in your browser, and you may be able to confirm your password using the method written below.

If you cannot find your password, you need to reissue your password.

If you have registered password reminder

Please reissue the password by yourself. Please refer to the page below how to reissue your password.

If you have not registered the password reminder
or failed to reissue using password reminder

Please visit the ICT Office (3rd floor of Bldg.#2) with your student/faculty ID card.
*If you don’t bring your student/faculty ID card, we cannot reissue your password.

Only if you are unable to come to the ICT Office during the office hours, please send an email with the following information.
Refer to the page [https://ccweb.cc.sophia.ac.jp/contact/] for our office hours.
(We may ask for more information to verify your identity).

  • Student ID / Faculty ID
  • Name
  • Reason why you cannot visit the ICT Office

After you reissue the password, make sure to register/change the password reminder.
