Starting Monday, March 10, 2025, the student portal system “My Sophia” will begin operation.
My Sophia is a smartphone app and website that will deliver university announcements, class schedules, and information on class cancellations, makeup classes, and room changes to students instead of Loyola.
Functions Move from Loyola to My Sophia
From March 10 onward, the following functions previously available on Loyola will be moved to My Sophia:
- Bulletin Boards (Individual notice, class bulletin board, Department/Faculty bulletin board, University bulletin boards, etc.)
- Class Schedules
- Class Cancellations / Makeup Classes / Room Change Information
- Surveys (excluding class surveys)
- Application
*Class schedules and class cancellation/makeup class/room change information will remain accessible on Loyola.
*Articles posted on the Loyola bulletin board during the 2024 academic year will remain available on Loyola until the end of the 2025 academic year.

- Final Exams and Grades
- Class Schedules
