1. Full-time Teachers
Full-time / Special Appointment / Professional / Transferred / Special Contract Teachers
Email address
Your email address “～@sophia.ac.jp”.
Mailbox size
Mailbox size is 50GB.
You can also use your 300MB space (My Folder) to store data when you use COM rooms, not for mailbox.
After retirement
A new mail address “~@eagle.sophia.ac.jp” will be given after your retirement.
Your email address “~@sophia.ac.jp” which you used while employed, will no longer be available once you retire.
Mailbox also will be deleted.
Please use your new mail address “~@eagle.sophia.ac.jp” after your retirement. 
*When a “***@eagle.sophia.ac.jp” email address is issued, the part before the “@” (username) will not be changed.
Reissue password
If you register a “Password Reminder” in advance, you can reissue it yourself without having to come to the ICT Office if you forget your password.

The list of teachers’ email addresses is available.
Teachers’ email addresses for each department are displayed. (Students cannot use this function.)
*Honorary member teachers, part-time teachers, emeritus professors and researchers are displayed in the ‘Name list’ tab, but not displayed in the ‘Organization’ tab.
Sharing of Schedules between Teachers
Teachers can share their schedules with each other.
(Students schedules cannot be shared)
2. Honorary member teachers

Application for email address
Sophia ICT Account is necessary to use Sophia mail.
If you don’t have your account, you need to apply first. Please refer to here for details.
Mailbox size
Mailbox size is 50GB.
You can also use your 300MB space (My Folder) to store data when you use COM rooms, not for mailbox.
After retirement
Mail address is available only during you work for Sophia University.
Your mail address “~sophia.ac.jp” is stopped during you don’t have classes.
ICT Office will check your class schedule and enable your mail address if you have classes on the semester.

4. Emeritus Professor
Email address
Your email address “～@sophia.ac.jp”.
Mailbox size
Mailbox size is 50GB.
You can continue to use the email system even after you retire
The email address “~@sophia.ac.jp” you had while you were employed at Sophia University, can be used as is even after you retire.
Even if you retire, you will not be given a new email address “~@eagle.sophia.ac.jp”.
Reissue password
If you register a “Password Reminder” in advance, you can reissue it yourself without having to come to the ICT Office if you forget your password.
