1. Full-time Teachers
Full-time / Special Appointment / Professional / Transferred / Special Contract Teachers
Email address
Your email address is “～@sophia.ac.jp”.
Mailbox size
The mailbox size is 100GB.
You can also use My Folder (300MB capacity) to save data when working in the COM rooms.
After retirement
A new mail address “~@eagle.sophia.ac.jp” will be issued after your retirement.
Your email address “~@sophia.ac.jp” which you used while employed, will no longer be available once you retire.
Mailbox also will be deleted.
Please use your new mail address “~@eagle.sophia.ac.jp” after your retirement. 
*When a “***@eagle.sophia.ac.jp” email address is issued, the part before the “@” (username) will not be changed.
Reissue password
If you register a “Password Reminder” in advance, you can have your password reissued without coming to the ICT Office if you forget it.

The list of teachers’ email addresses is available.
Teachers’ email addresses for each department are displayed. (Students cannot use this function.)
*Honorary member teachers, part-time teachers, emeritus professors, and researchers are listed in the ‘Name list’, but not in the list by ‘Organization’.
Sharing of Schedules between Teachers
Teachers can share their schedules.
(Students schedules cannot be shared)

Your email address is “～@sophia.ac.jp”.
Mailbox size
The mailbox size is 100GB.

Sophiamail address is only available while you are employed at Sophia University.
Your email address “~@sophia.ac.jp” will expire when you retire.

If you register a “Password Reminder” in advance, you can have your password reissued without coming to the ICT Office if you forget it.

Application for email address
Sophia ICT Account is necessary to use Sophiamail.
If you don’t have your account, you need to apply first. Please refer to here for details.
Mailbox size
The mailbox size is 100GB.
You can also use My Folder (300MB capacity) to save data when working in the COM rooms.
After retirement
Sophiamail address is only available while you are employed at Sophia University.
Your email address “~sophia.ac.jp” will no longer be available once you have left the university.
However, we will check your class schedule and activate your email address if you have classes during the semester.

4. Emeritus Professor

Your email address is “～@sophia.ac.jp”.
Mailbox size
The mailbox size is 100GB.
You can continue to use the email system even after you retire
The email address “~@sophia.ac.jp” you had while you worked at Sophia University, can be used after you retire.
After you retire, you will not be issued a new email address “~@eagle.sophia.ac.jp”.
Reissue password
If you register a “Password Reminder” in advance, you can have your password reissued without coming to the ICT Office if you forget it.
